What Zeepoch provides
A hosted workspace for small-business quotes, invoices, client and project records, recorded expenses and finance reports. It does not provide a general ledger, banking, payroll, tax filing, tax advice or a universal legally compliant e-invoicing solution.
Trial and pricing
The trial lasts 30 days and does not ask for a card. Published prices are USD $4 per paid seat monthly, USD $40 per paid seat yearly, or USD $500 for unlimited lifetime seats in one business. The trial includes five users. Applicable checkout taxes are additional where required. All plans share core features and an AI fair-use allowance.
Lifetime license
Lifetime refers to the supported life of the hosted Zeepoch product. It covers one business with unlimited user seats, without self-hosting rights or unlimited AI processing. Service continuity, material changes and discontinuation notice terms require the operator’s final approval.
Payments and cancellation
Paid checkout is temporarily disabled. No card is required for the trial and there is no automatic charge. Paddle is the planned merchant of record for future software purchases. When subscriptions become available, cancellation will stop renewal while verified paid access continues to its period end. Trial expiry pauses edits while records remain viewable and exportable.
Your responsibilities
Use accurate business information, protect your login, verify tax treatment, review documents before issuing and review AI drafts. Follow local invoice, tax and privacy requirements. Zeepoch does not currently transmit to FTA, FBR or ZATCA.
