An invoice should work as well on paper as on a screen.
Choose a clear layout, readable contrast and an invoice style that suits the way your clients work.
Start with readability
Keep the invoice number, client, due date, currency and total easy to find. Use strong contrast, enough white space and item descriptions that remain readable at normal print size.
Use less ink when you need to
A plain monochrome layout is a good default for high-volume printing. A restrained dark header can work for client-facing PDFs; check your printer’s background and grayscale settings before a large print run.
Review the real output
Preview every page, especially long descriptions and multi-page quotations. Check that totals and payment instructions remain together and that no line is clipped.
Choose your style in Zeepoch
Use Minimal for a neutral document, Ink saver for monochrome printing, or Studio for a bold dark header. The financial content and numbering stay consistent across styles.
