Use an assistant for descriptions and explanations while keeping financial decisions under human control.
Choose a bounded task
Ask for clearer service wording, a polite follow-up draft or an explanation of a cash summary. Give the minimum context needed and avoid sending bank details or unnecessary personal information.
Keep calculations deterministic
Invoice totals, discounts, taxes, retention and balances should come from the finance calculation engine. AI can explain a total, but it should not become the source of that total.
Review every output
Check names, amounts, dates and promises before using a draft. An assistant can misunderstand a request or invent a detail; no draft should bypass your review.
Know what leaves the app
Zeepoch’s assistant is opt-in and uses OpenRouter and a model provider. Review the privacy notice and the context you submit. Provider controls reduce retention risk, but deployment contracts and processing regions still need review.
